The Easter bunny was on site this morning! She was all over the place hiding eggs for tomorrow’s Easter egg hunt that follows 10 AM worship. She was working near Trinity House as we were leaving. That might be the best place for the grandkids to hunt.
It was a quiet morning for Neighbors in Need! We had only 22 Neighbors stop by. Many thanks to the team from Holy Rosary Catholic Church for preparing take out breakfast. Hot breakfast burritos were truly welcome on a chilly morning.
Prayer Requests: Tracie asks us to pray that her Tuesday appointment with a neurologist will solve the ringing in her ears.
Kevin asks us to pray with him for clarity of mind, a financial windfall, and employment. He would like work as a landscaper or music teacher.
Connie and Mya Tanya need our prayers. Connie is at Aldercrest Health for palliative care for congestive heart failure. Mia Tanya spends her afternoons with Connie and tries to maintain the household while still suffering from the effects of their car accident.
Thank you to the many of you who recommend resources for our young Egyptian neighbor. They so encouraged her!! Also, your information helps us to build a valuable resource list.
Have a blessed and joyful Easter!!
Joan
