The Holy Rosary Catholic Church breakfast team earned extra points this morning. It was hot in that kitchen!! Many thanks to each of you for your good humor and excellent cooking. It is always so fun to have you with us.
Our Neighbors were all up at the crack of dawn and eager for coffee. The room was full as soon as we opened the doors. The food bank gave food bags, salads, sandwiches, and beverages to 40 Neighbors and 2 families. Once again, we met several Neighbors who were first-time guests. Our foodbank team pointed out that we have several additional Neighbors who come only for coffee and social time. So good that many know they are welcome.
HELP WANTED!! It’s summertime, and our “every Saturday volunteer team” must be free to enjoy occasional summer weekend activities. Do you have members of your congregations who could offer a couple of hours of service one or two Saturdays a month? Do you have youth groups that need service hours? We are a welcoming and safe environment.
