Weekly Report February 17, 2024

What a day!  Our pantry team lost count after giving 75 bags of groceries.  It was a morning of many trips to the basement to bring up more supplies.

Robin and David were another busy team.  They served 10 full pots of coffee plus tea and hot chocolate.  They limited our Neighbors to only one burrito and still ran out before the end of the morning.  Thanks be to God that we were blessed with patient and understanding Neighbor guests.

Our team from Holy Rosary Catholic Church were with us this morning to prepare burritos.  They also served orange juice and bunches of grapes, a special treat for all of our guests.
WANTED Our clothing bank team appears to host “Black Friday” every single Saturday morning.  They regularly run out of men’s jeans, men’s and women’s underwear, and most recently backpacks.  Please consider holding a drive in your congregation or civic group.  New or used jeans and backpacks are always welcome.  New underwear is best.
Peace and health be with you.
