If no one reports, did Neighbors in Need actually happen?  We did and we had a great day.  Many neighbors attended.  Many volunteers served generously.  Breakfast was delicious. Our team from Holy Rosary served 165 plates of biscuits, gravy, sausages and fresh fruit plus fruit juice and milk.  They, of course, prepared the always popular

Our Neighbors were good sports this morning as they came inside out of the falling snow.  Every one of them joked about mid-March winter as they bee-lined for hot beverages. Maybe it was only the hardiest who came………  Our pantry gave out 64 grocery bags.  That’s a 30 bag reduction! Thank you to the team

The pantry must have had a promotional sale this morning!  They delivered bags of groceries, salads and fruit, sandwiches, bread and peanut butter, plus beverages to 104 Neighbors.  When you are that busy, you lose track of how many beloved pets you serve, but they do remember that it was a BUNCH .  The team also

It was a long line of hungry guests this morning.  Thank you to Gloria Dei for full breakfast menu, plus burritos to go.  Most of our Neighbors had been at  the cold weather shelter overnight.  They had already eaten some breakfast but were sure looking forward to Gloria Dei’s full menu. Gloria Dei honors the

High numbers seem to be a regular thing at Neighbors in Need these weeks. Holy Rosary Catholic Church served 162 plates of biscuits and gravy, sausage links and fresh fruit plus apple juice and/or milk.  Our pantry gave grocery bags to 84 Neighbors.  They gave one family box and gave food and treats to 6
